Searching Products & Suppliers

If you want to find a product, or the suppliers who produce that product, you can either use our search function or browse by category.

Step 1: Enter a product name in the Search Bar (Related suggestions will be shown when you start typing), then click Search.
Step 2: You can filter your search results other specifications in Refine Search. narrowing your search.


1. Click the "Products" or "Suppliers" tab above the Search Bar on any page.
2. You can browse the extensive product categories to find whatever you want.
3. Use the Refine Search feature above the product results listing to narrow your search

How do I search for Products and Suppliers?

If you want to find a product or suppliers, use our Search Bar Or Browse by Category:

1. Click “Selling Leads” in the main navigation bar at the top of any Tradetuber.com page
2. Browse our extensive product categories
3. Use our keyword filter to narrow your search

How to get more accurate search results?
Search Tips

  • If the results are unsatisfactory, reduce the number of words in your search (e.g., "bicycle framework" instead of "carbon bicycle frame work").
  • Avoid keywords that are too specific or specialized (e.g., "4X4 Honda ATV").
  • Only search for one product at a time.
  • Don't include a country/region's name in your search (e.g., "shoe China").
  • Don't include words like "buyer" or "seller" in your keyword phrase (e.g., "shoe buyer").
  • Use quotation marks (+) for exact results (e.g., ac +adapter).
  • If the results are unsatisfactory, try again without quotation marks (e.g., ac adapter).

Contacting Suppliers

How to contact suppliers?

Please note that TradeTuber.com is the B2B service provider. If you need to contact the suppliers, please send Inquiry to the suppliers directly via TradeTuber.com online messaging system. Or you can press the the mail icon “contact us” to contact the suppliers.

1) Click on the the mail icon “contact us”either the product listing or product details pages to send an inquiry direct to the supplier
2) Click Eboss to chat with the supplier in real time;
3) Try the phone number and/or fax number listed on Tradetuber.com to contact the supplier

How do I send inquiries to suppliers?

There are many ways to contact suppliers onTradetuber.com:

1. Click mail icon “contact us” on either the product listing or product details pages to send an inquiry direct to the supplier
2. Click Eboss to chat with the supplier in real time;
3. Post buying leads on Tradetuber, attract suppliers to get a contact

How do I check if my message was sent successfully?

1) Sign in My Tuber
2) In “ Manage Message”, click Sent Iterms
3) Check for your sent message

If your message is in the Sent Iterms, it means that your message was sent successfully.
If your message was not sent successfully, please send your message again.

Why can't I send messages?

Please check if there is an error message and make sure you have entered all the required information.
Here are some reasons may cause the error

• Not in English

If the system indicates "Please enter English characters only", please ensure that all information (including punctuation/symbols) you enter is in English. To avoid such mistakes, we advise that you do not copy and paste the existing text from Microsoft Word files. Symbols/punctuation like: ¢, £, °C, No•, ¥, %, m², " ", ' ' may cause problems. Or you can copy the information in question to us for analysis to determine what, if any, language errors are causing the problem.

• Code does not appear

If the code does not appear, make sure your browser is set to display pictures then try again.
If you get the code wrong, don’t worry, you will be able to try again.

• Nothing happens when clicking the "Send" or "Submit" button

If nothing happens after you click Send or Submit, or a blank window pops up, it is most likely your browser does not support JavaScript.
If you use Netscape, please upgrade to 5.0 or later version.
If you use Internet Explorer, please take the following steps to enable the JavaScript function:
1. Click "Tools" on the menu bar of the browser;
2. Select "Internet Options";
3. Click the "Security" tag;
4. In the "Security" section, you can select "Default Level" to restore the settings, or select "Custom Level" and set "Scripting of Java applets" as "enable".

How can I send messages to multiple suppliers at the same time?

1) Search for a Product
2) Select the suppliers you want to contact by ticking the boxes next to their product photos:
3) Click the “contact” button to send one inquiry to all selected suppliers at the same time

Managing buying information

How to post buying information

Post a Buying Lead if you cannot find the products you want to source on TradeTuber.com. Most suppliers do not post their entire inventory, so tell suppliers what you want and let the right suppliers come to you.

When posting your Buying Leads, you can specify your preferred method of contact or conceal your company information.

To post Buying Leads without disclosing contact information, please take the following steps:

1. Sign in at My Tuber
2. Click Buying Leads in the Manage Trade Leads section
3. Complete the form
4. Click Submit to post

If you are not yet a member, you can post Buying Leads from many pages by clicking “Post A Buying Leads”on our on our homepage . Complete the registration form and you can post a Buying Lead as a free member of Tradetuber.com.

How to edit buying information

Go to My Tuber and view the status of your Buying Leads on you're My Tuber homepage or in the Manage Trade Leads section. Your Buying Lead status may be one of the following:

Editing Required: This includes Buying Leads that require editing before they can be posted on Tradetuber.com

Approval Pending: This includes Buying Leads that have been posted but have yet to be approved by Tradetuber.com. The approval process usually takes 24 hours
Approved: This includes Buying Leads that are approved and published on Tradetuber.com
Expired:This includes Buying Leads that have passed the expiration date you specified

Please note: You can only edit, delete or re-post Buying Leads in Editing Required, Approved or Expired status.

How to delete buying information

Please take the following steps:

1. Sign in at My Tuber
2. Click "Buying Leada" in the "Manage Trade Leads" section
3. Select a Buying Lead and click the "Delete" to remove it.

Your Buying Lead will be removed from our site within 24 hours.
