How do I join Tradetuber.com?

By following the instructions below, you can create your free membership at tradetuber.com.

1. Click "Join Now" in the top-right corner of any tradetuber.com page;
2. Enter your business email and password
3. Enter your company profile including company name, telephone number, business location,and key products so on. Creat a subdomain at tradetuber.com.
4. Enter the verified code.
5.After clicking the bottom button”create my accout”,you will see the page below, informing you to verify your email address.

Note:Don't share your password with others, and avoid using the same password for other online accounts.

What email address information is required during registration?

Please ensure all information including punctuation is in English. Your email address is used to sign in to your Tradetuber.com account, so you can only use it once for one account.

Why do I get the message "Please enter a valid Email Address" during registration?

If you see the following message during registration "Please enter a valid email address", you might not have entered a valid email address or you might have entered the email address incorrectly.

Please ensure all information including punctuation is in English. If you continue to have problems with registration, please contact us with the email address you used when registering.

How to login?

You can sign in to tradetuber.com by clicking the Sign In or the My Tuber links at the top of any tradetuber.com page.

What can I do if I can't sign in due to an invalid Member ID or password?

Make sure your ID written is correct and check whether the password matches ID. If you forget your ID please email our help center and let us know your company name. If you forget the password please refer to the question “what can I do if I forget my password ”.

What can I do if I forget my password?

Please click on Forgot Password? . Enter your ID in a password reminder form. And type the verification code in. You will get a message in registration email address. Via the link in email you can reset password.

How do I change my company name?

Click "Manage Company" after signing in, then modify the company name in “* Company Name: ”box and submit.

How do I change the registered country on my account?

Click "Manage Company" after signing in, then modify the registered country in “* Country:”box and submit.

How do I edit my Contact Details such as Contact Person, Tel, Address, etc?

Click "Manage Company" after signing in, then modify the contact information on the second half page and submit.

How do I change my registered email address?

Sorry, you can’t change registered email address by yourself. If you really need to change please email our help centre and give an explaination.

How do I protect my account or avoid account theft?
Please don't disclose your password, and avoid using the same password for other online accounts.

What is a safe password?

A password is only secure if you are the only person who knows it and if it is difficult for other people to guess. Choose a password you can remember readily, but which won't be so easy for others to find out.

How do I set a secure password?

You can follow the tips:

  • Your password can be between 6 and 18 characters in length. The longer it is, the safer it is.
  • Use upper and lower case letters and also digits (in a random sequence).
  • Cannot be based on your name, birthday, or on words found in a dictionary.
  • Cannot be based on simple repeating patterns.
  • Cannot be one that you have used in the past year.
  • And you should be able to type it quickly, so someone else cannot look over your shoulder and pick it up that way.
